KLOES HAMILTON GUILTY OF TRAFFICKING IN STOLEN PROPERTY

On August 12, 2026, a Cowlitz County Superior Court jury found Alisha Kloes Hamilton guilty of Trafficking in Stolen Property in the Second Degree and Possessing Stolen Property in the Third Degree.

During the trial, the jury heard testimony from the victim that her phone was stolen from her home.  The victim was able to track the phone using the “Find My iPhone” app and was able to determine her phone had traveled to Wal-Mart in Longview.  The Longview Police Department investigated and discovered the Defendant had sold the stolen phone to the ecoATM machine that was located inside the Wal-Mart.  After the trial, the court sentenced Kloes Hamilton to 20 days jail.
